Our nylon machining work removes material only where the drawing calls for a bore, step, contour, pocket, thread, or mounting face. The blank is located from suitable reference surfaces, and each setup exposes a different feature until the finished geometry can be cleaned and examined.

A: The setup should support the nearby area, and deburring should remove sharp residue without rounding a controlled face.
