Our Nylon Gear is an engineering plastic drive component specifically developed to replace traditional metal gears. Made from high-quality polyamide (PA) material, it significantly reduces gear weight and operating noise while maintaining sufficient strength. Recognizing that different operating conditions impose varying requirements on drive components, this product is ideally suited for light-to-medium loads and low-to-medium speeds, offering customers a lighter, quieter, and more hassle-free transmission solution. Q: What machining precision levels do you offer?

A: What grade of gear tooth accuracy can be achieved? We are equipped with multiple CNC machining units; our gear tooth profile precision meets National Standard (GB) grades 8–9, while bore and keyway tolerances are controlled within ±0.02mm. Specific precision levels can be adjusted to meet customer drawing requirements.

Q: How do you protect nylon gear from damage during long-distance ocean freight?

A: We pack gears in sturdy export wooden crates or heavy-wall corrugated cartons. Inside, each gear is individually separated using custom blister trays or dense foam dividers so they can't collide or rub against each other during transit. For extra moisture protection on long sea routes, we can also provide vacuum sealing or add desiccants upon request.

Q: Do your nylon gear hold relevant quality certifications?

A: We strictly adhere to the ISO quality management system and can provide material reports, dimensional inspection reports, and performance test data. We can also facilitate third-party inspections or industry-specific certifications (such as RoHS or REACH) as required.
